Can out UK child born apply for ILR when father only got it

Post by alfann » Wed Feb 14, 2018 10:15 pm

Hello

If the father got ILR, can he apply for the child ILR as well?

Note: the child born outside of UK.
The child has been in UK for 4 years.

In case the child YES can apply, under which document and category can apply?

In case the child is not illegible, what the other option?

The mother is on Tier 4 Student Visa.
The child at the moment is dependent on the mother's visa.

Child cannot apply for ILR before mother. Both mother and child should switch to FLR(M).
