30 points, non shortage, 1th attempt - was refused.
I reckon I will not have any chances in March...
Good luck to all!

Your start date should not cross 6 months when they assign you the COS, your RLMT is valid till April am sure.

My RLMT start date was from Dec 7 that means it will be valid till June. Looks like April is the solution for me with 42 points.

Disappointing. I thought I will travel on April 20 as my tentative DoJ is 23 April, the plan was to get the cos and resign to serve 60 days notice period but now this also have another offer in Kuwait which have kept as backup. My dream was to explore UK, still not over though am sure my sponsor would certainly apply for March and April allocation.

Disappointing.
What is the status of your RCoS? Did you get refused message?

guys lets be hopeful so far the we can assume that scores less than 35 have been rejected with the one exception who said their application was rejected at 44 which was not 100% clear so lets hope for he best. it is still early days. there is a good chance we are getting our RCOS this month . I read that someone posted there are over 2000 RCOS available this month so it is still positive.

No not yet am going by that 44 who said it was rejected hope it was rejected than refused. Have not received anything officially still there is tiny hope may be the process is slow so it's making us speculate so many things.

If the person with 44 points who has been refused is wrong, and I hope he is, then this means that 35 and above have a good shot this month. Yes its still quite early and few of us in this forum have even waited longer than a months time to hear back from HO (myself included).

The way I see it, today and tomorrow will be 40 points and above to hear back and perhaps next week is 35 to 40.

Yeah I find it a bit hard to believe a 44 would get rejected this month.

In these situations I also wonder if salary was calculated properly e.g. maybe counting relocation package or something which doesn’t actually get counted for your score because it’s a once off payment.

Or maybe that’s just wishful thinking on my part.

I agree , we have had multiple users in their 30 post about their refusal , but so afar only one user has said that their application was rejected with 44 points , to be rejected means the RLMt was not done correctly.
or maybe the user has calculated their points wrongly , or the home office has made a mistake and rejected her application , there can be a number of reasons.but my point is she is the only one with over 40 points who has said something like this, whereas someone with 43 points has been approved already according to use 'Plabber 123'

My RCOS was applied for the first time for Feb quota with 46K salary and non shortage occupation so 45 points. I just received mail from Immigraiton contact that it has been rejected(not refused as it can be applied again next month) and she also mentioned that the threshold for this month is 50k salary.

Hi
I am sorry - I am ignoratn about Rejected and Refused, can you please tell me the differences
Also if an application moved from Pending to Under Review - would that mean it will be definetly processed (approved or otherwise)
Thanks in advance

Does the rejection mention the reason ?!

Like not meeting minimum points ?

Rejected means RLMT done wrongly
Refused means did not meet the point threshold

Under review means that they might require additional documents from the employer and are not satisfied with your RLMT so far

This is the info I understood from the TIER 2 guideline document on the UKBA website

Wow, 50k, was not expecting that at all. I wonder where they all went. Must have been another high month of SOC applicants (nurses, etc.)

I think I’m going to have to give up sadly. I knew I wouldn’t be successful this month but I was hoping it would at least drop to give hope for future months :(

Hiya, 35 points here. Was obviously refused (not rejected) for the second time (Jan and Feb), due to not meeting minimum cutoff point.

My lawyer said that the minimum cut off point seemed to be ‘around £50,000’. Good luck still to those who are around this mark and waiting to hear back!!
