EEA PR - when can we apply?

Hi everyone,

I wonder if anyone can clarify something for us.

My wife is here through EEA family permit. She moved to the UK at the end of November 2013 and got her 5 year EEA permit in March.

Can she apply for EEA PR at the end of November 18 or have to wait until the 5-year permit ends in March 2019?

Yes think so as she will have been living in the Uk for continuously 5 years in November 18 with issued EEA cards (6 months EEA family permit + 4.5 years EEA residence card).

But i am not sure how early you can apply - 1 month before like Oct 2018 or a week before??

Just to be clear, she needs the full 5 years residence. There is no '28 day or 30 day early applying' concession for EEA route applications.

We got a trip booked for the end of November so planning to apply early December which is a couple of weeks after she arrived in the UK.

Our main problem will be my BC application which is under way already unfortunately.
