Applying for ILR

Please i need help me and my children are qualify for indefinite leave remain the home office said we should pay £9188 for my self and three children. We were granted DLR in 2012. I do need have the money but my question is if i can apply for myself for now, the to get extention. Because we apply for fee waver ILR they home said they can only give us extention please can pay myself for ILR and the children get extention for fee waver. Please quick reply as i have tomorrow as my deadline to reply the home office.

I and my children were given DLR in 2o12 and we r due for ILR. The home office said we should pay £9188. I do not have the money, can i apply for myself and the children get extention because the home said they will give fee waver for extention as i only work partime. My question is can i pay only myself for ILR and the home office give my extention. Please i need reply as i only have just tomorrow to reply. Thanks. They were born in uk

If all your children were born in the UK, they do not need ILR if you plan on registering them as British citizens.

they will.i have a friend that applied for herself and hubby .she did not apply for her kids and she was granted.
