Redundancy

Hi There

I have changed my employer a couple of month ago. New employer got my new WP but they have not applied for my LTR yet.

I still have my LTR based on my first WP and it is valid until Jun-2006 but Based on new WP new LTR should be obtained within 6 month.

Yesterday my employer gave me notice and I will be made redundant next month.

1) Can I apply for new job before getting my new LTR?
2) Can another employer apply for WP even I haven't got my new LTR?
