one of closed young female friend sarah aged 24 willing to come uk on work visa

she currently reside in pakistan

without any previous experiencem possible to get job or training in uk and able to apply for uk visa?

Unlikely. Even migrants with years of experience and good qualifications struggle to find sponsors to work in the UK.
