Reemployment process after tier2 cooling off period ends

I was working for a company in the UK as graduate (I changed from the tier4 visa to the tier2), but due to a family issue I had to resign and come back to my home country after 1yr working there. My tier2 cooling off period is about to end and the company I was working for is willing to hire me again.

My question is: Can I be hired again as graduate? If so, do I have to go through the labour market test? or am I exempt for having worked for this company before?

Appreciate any help...I am very worried about my current situation.
