OCI registration online - passport details are of the surrendered indian passport or the current uk one?

In the 'Applicant's passport details' section for the OCI registration online form (snapshot below), are the details to be filled in that of the surrendered Indian passport or the current uk one please? (Apologies for dumb question)

Why would it be an Indian passport number if you are applying for an OCI? I believe you have already surrendered your Indian passport and received your Surrender cert with your cancelled passport.
Your Indian passport is no longer valid.

It's got to be your British passport number which will be on your OCI card.
