Applying After One Year Of Visa Rejection(Tier4 UK) , Will i face any issue?

Post by mohsinsfc » Tue Mar 13, 2018 1:36 pm

So last year in September 2017 my Tier 4 Visa (UK) was refused and the reason for that was that they found i am not a genuine student.
So as it was september in which i got rejected there were no admissions available at any university after that and i had to wait until 2018 september.

University i applied for before was Portsmouth university but now I might apply for Middlesex university so my question is that since rejection I am working as a freelance video editor and not studying so there is one year of the gap in my studies.

Will This Gap effect my visa application ? also I changed university so will that cause any problems in visa application?
