ICT Tier 2 Dependant to Tier 2 General Visa

Hello,
I am on ICT Tier 2 Visa since Apr 2014 and my wife works in UK based on ICT Tier 2 Dependant Visa. She is an IT Business Analyst and works currently on contract basis. Is there a possibility to convert ICT Tier 2 Dependant visa to Tier 2 General Visa for her? If yes, then how is it possible?

Yes. She needs to be sponsored. Sponsor must complete the full and proper RLMT process BEFORE she can be offered the job and a RCoS issued, assuming she gets enough points and meets the minimum £30,000 pa salary. This is to prove that no settled, BC/EU citizen has applied and can do the job.

She will have to apply from home country for tier 2 general.
