Sorry to hear, I suggest that next week you send them a email requesting status updat and I found them it’s been over 60 working days. It will cost you £5.87 to send the email but once you received a reply, you can communicate with them via the reply email which will not cost you anything. That’s what I’m doing. But please don’t make same mistake as me by waiting 120 days without contacting them. They can escalate the application after 60 days, this will reduce the waiting time and you will not need to wait asking as mine. Do let us know what reply you get once you email them. Good luck

i am happy to hear that you are finally approved after a long distressful wait but glad its happy ending and start of harmonious life together with loved one.
I sent a second same inquiry to UKVI contact center but i am charged again £5.48. What i thought was any follow up inquiry is free? I wonder how did you manage to send free second E-mail to UKVI? I have paid £11 for 2 inquiries already. I am in my 86 working days and waiting for IHS team to send me payment link as advised by decision making center to me a week ago... Don't know how long they will take, therefore send second inquiry to push IHS team and was charged again. Could you please advised. Thank you.
When I sent them a paid email, they replied back, I carried on communicating with them Via the email they sent.
Did you start communicating with another new email or thru the email they sent you?

Thanks for replying. I requested them to chase IHS team as they suppose to send me payment link instructed by Decision making center a week ago. I paid £5.48 second time for an absurd reply, you know what they said. Check your inbox, Junk or Spam folder.
They are really annoying. Come on... I have been checking all these folders every day and received nothing that's why i contacted you and paid you £5.48 again to get such miserable answer.
Anyhow Yes i shall start communicating in the way you suggested and i hope they reply me back. Cheers.

Have you received your supporting documents back yet... I didn't receive it yet.

From what i've read are you guys implying that if they send link for child a IHS payment it means decision made is positive. I hear some people say they have received a decision made but not asked for IHS, does that mean its negative result? Can it be decision is made but they are waiting to send link still?

Hey everyone
I received a text message from vfs yesterday stating that
The processed visa application for GWF.........,, was received on 3/29/2018.
Visa GRANTED good lord!!!!!
Here's my timeline
First application: 2017 jan
Refused due to wrong IELTS test result submission : 2017 nov
Applied the second application
Biometrics : January 8 2018
Documents sent to Sheffield: January 18 2018
Documents received back on second week of February
Got email online application acknowledgement email last Friday
Never contacted them
So total 59 working days
Visa granted!!!!!

UKVI requested IHS team to send me payment link for child in application on 21st March 2018 but IHS team did not send me any link yet. I have escalated twice already. Lets see how long it takes?

My case was escalated but 15 working days gone without any result. I made a query again to learn if I get result yet and received that answer: Thank you for the information you have provided. If you have already been contacted regarding your application you may not receive any further correspondence until a decision has been made. Your patience is highly appreciated.
What this really mean? I have no contact them anymore?

I escalated my case and had reply that IHS team shall send me link for payment but nothing came through then i asked for second escalation and had the same reply from UKVI Contact center as you had.
I think IHS team takes 10 working days to send a link and i shall wait by end of next week and hopeful they will send me by then and i have already send E-mail to
IHS.Sheffield@fco.gov.uk and requested them for link. If they do not then shall involve my MP.
Yes that's exactly what they mean that do not contact them anymore because we have been escalated twice and UKVI contact centre can not push lazy caseworkers anymore.

Thanks for the replies. I have applied 17 November. 9 February paid IHS for a child (they sent me a link) and nothing happen since there. Twice was escalated, I am on 93th business day and now they don't want to talk to me... I kept calm while waiting the end of escalation 15 business days. After this I should keep silent again.. It sounds strange to me.

It looks like something wrong with IHS system when pay for a kid. I know one more family that is stuck after child IHS payment and is waiting since September (biometry).

Our application was from 4 months ago
I received the non straightforward around 40 days ago I received the phone call interview I call UK visa last week but it still waiting

we almost have same timeline. Applied in 15th Nov 2017 and Bio was taken on 20th Nov 2017. No interview call from HO. Not Straight forward E-mail received on 06th Feb 2018. Currently waiting for IHS link to be send by IHS team for child.
Going to MP to step in after one week.
