hi

can i claim HB on ILR<
my wife still on spouse,
1 child british ,
other born in india on flr m route same as mother..

how much can be for 3 bed property,
can it be adult +single child born here or for both?
can it be a problem at time of their extensions as they have NRPF?

You are entitled to claim HB on ILR. The amount you will get depends on your circumstance i.e income, dependents, property. It will be worked out by the council when you apply. It will not affect their application as you are the one making the application and entitled to apply.
