Would an LMIA Exempt Job offer for a religious job work for PR via EE

I have an offer to live and work at a buddhist meditation center in Canada. The work would either be unremunerated or minimally remunerated. Room and board would be included obviously.
Anyway, this kinda visa is LMIA exempt.

Here’s the question: I would like to immigrate to Canada and get PR. So, would this kinda of either unremunerated or minimally remunerated work apply towards the CEC category for express entry, after I worked the job for a year?
Or would a job offer of such a job work be valid as a job offer for EE?
