BRINGING IN A THIRD CHILD

Good Morning Gurus


My wife and two kids arrived six months ago but we left our third child due to strict financial requirements , my question after their mother find a job can we apply for the the third child that was left behind because she is finding it difficult to cope , she thought we we don't like her that is why we left her behind.
