If anyones OCI application says PROCESSED and still waiting for Dispatch status from Delhi and Arrival Status in your local VFS office...but not updated please contact local council and confirm your OCI arrived or not?

Since there is an issue with OCI Online status enquiry website...it's not showing the status correctly which is true as of today(20/03/2018) since 15/03/2108, please go to your local VFS office to submit your passports.

I checked my status this morning and it still shows 'under-process' but the date/time on top of it is current.

Just wondering as to where did you get this news that 'OCI Online status enquiry website' is down?

Also if that's the case, mine and other pending cases may have been processed if the status is not updated since last week.

Did you try contacting VFS or HCI yourself as I think VFS does not entertain anyone with phone calls on status updates.

I was saying about "PROCESSED" status only, if it still under-process I'm not sure. Please check with consulate if your application submitted more than 4 weeks.

My post is to forum about my experience.
"Website is playing up with other applicants as well" this words from response service unit. I'm not sure what level and how severe the issue, I don't work for Consulate.

Please use provided phone numbers or your local Consulate response unit number and then check with them.
Also take a print out if it "PROCESSED" status regardless of it updates about arrived to you VFS/Consulate or not.

I don't know answer to your hypothetical question. I don't work for consulate.

I was clear in my post contact your local Consulate and provided you contact details of consulates not VFS. So not sure why you are asking this question.

I did call them and they are not aware of any website issues so next time please double check before posting any false information and create hoax.

Hi guys so i have just given my application in on thursday 22nd march 2018 to the centre for OCI application ( havn't taken my passport yet)

finally able to see some progress online now but it says :

what does this mean?

This means you need to wait untill the status changes to 'PROCESSED''

Submitted my grandsons application on 3 May and its processed and at Birmingham on 28 May.

Hi,
We have applied for OCI as a family of 4 but status is still showing as 'Under Process'. Has anybody had any updates recently in July for applications submitted in June? The US CKGS site says that processing is delayed due to technical upgrades in India. Wondering if the same applies for UK applications too.

Update on two OCI application timelines with some pointers

Points to note: VFS did not want to accept application stating pictures are too dark, I dont think that was the case and told them to accept the application with the pics. All processed, so its VFS which creates issues

They dont give the £8 envelopes, only £15 ones. So, if you want to save money take the Royal Mail envelopes

Lastly, double check the application. We had a miss on our part in application: Place of Birth - London and in Passport it said Kingston. To be honest, never noted it till VFS pointed it out. I was lucky to redo the application and submit it on the same day.
