Hello everyone. I am so sorry ask a silly question.
My husband attempted to apply for visitors visa 8 years using false passport and the HO suspected that he was not of the nationality of the passport that he was using. The visa was refused and that was 2010. We met in 2011 and started dating in 2014 and got married in 2017. I have been to few solicitors and they told me that there is no hope. After the refusal my husband destroyed both the passport and refusal letter after regretting what he had done.
I do acknowledge that using false passport was wrong and now I am willing for us to disclose the truth and come out open to the HO. Is there anybody who can advise me please?
