Emergency travel while application pending

Post by 1bradymate » Fri Apr 13, 2018 10:01 am

Hi

I have applied in January 17 and interviewed on 5/3/18. Last night my wife’s brother died in India and he was only 34 year. It is very sad time for our family my question is can please moderates give some specific information what can we do she has to travel India. I know we have to withdraw file but that will put me in difficult situation as she won’t be able to come back. Please help thanx

I am sorry for your lose.

Did you apply on the 17th of Jan 2018 or Jan 2017?

Have you tried calling HO? Maybe get your MP involved, it might not help but you have nothing to lose

My condolences - it can't be an easy time and I pray for you and your family to have the strength to go through this.

Try to ask HO to expedite it based on these circumstances. Send the relevant evidence and hopefully they will do that
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.

oh dare. sorry to hear that.

Believe me my friend, once I had the same circumstances even i paid to legal firm to contact the HO for emergency travel documents or expedited my application process. no one died but there were some very serious family issues. I seriously can understand your situation.

Try contact them and tell them the situation if possible find some legal advisory who write good letter, involve MP with letter, Go to your embassy tell them the story and get some letter if possible. after taking all this evidence contact HO and send all these documents.

I am very positive it will work for you. God bless you and your family. Ameen

Did you find any solution, try the UKVI customer service and explain the situation.

Trying to send you a private message but it isn't going through, maybe because you are a new member and you need at least 20 posts for you to have access to private messages.

It is 30 posts and any nonsense padding posts to increase post count will be deleted and the members access to PM privilege permanently disabled.

Post in public so that all may benefit.

Call the customer helpline, ask for a fax number, they should provide you with one.

If you fax with any evidence available, maybe they will look into it.
