Hi
My brother went back to india last year april after stamping his 2 years fresh talent visa, to do a course in SAP and find i job in india. But unfortuntely he could get a job there and now he wanted to comeback to uk as he still got one year leave to remain. My question is will there be any problem at immigration counter at heathrow. what documents he needs to carry.
