Sha, This gets explained every month. Just read this very thread properly from the start and you will find the explanation.
Guys, we're all here to help, but really this question is as old... Everyone undertaking this serious life changing process should be able to at least do the research to establish a simple point count: Shortage > Yes or No, RLMT > Needed, Add Salary Points. Rejection and Refused are two different cases.
