My husband has been married twice before me and we are in the process of applying for a spousal visa, we thought we had everything ready, however we do not have the decree absolute from his first marriage only the second decree absolute which we had to show before we were married. Do we need a copy of the decree absolute from his first divorce which was back in 2009 to apply for the spousal visa?
