Visa curtailed urgent advice

My tier 4 visa has been curtailed and removal is being enforced. Can I apply or switch to another visa?

Why was your visa cutailed??

What other visa category do you believe you might qualify for?

they hav detained you or u still outside to make an application?
i hav same case pending for over 4 years now and they put me in detention

I was paid 21.50 hours on few occasions in last 1.5 years time whilst on tier 4 visa. That was wholly unintentional. UKBA has curtailed my visa and serving me deportation order. Are there any law regarding this or policy guidance to back up my claim that I did not breach my visa condition deliberate and they are insignificant in nature? Many thanks for suggestion.
