one my friend received his visa after 14 month this Monday. He thought he is the one who waited longer than any other but you actually lead the race..

We had sent letters via our MP on two occasions however this had no impact . HO only replied to say that they would take their own time. Ours is a Business Development Consultancy. When they asked for further documents after 9 months of the interview, I didn’t know what to think!

Our investment was within the UK at the time of applying for the initial visa. We had a virtual office throughout.

Were you asked about the reasons for having a virtual office at the time of the interview?

We said that it looks professional to have a proper business address rather than a home address. Also Ours is a small business so it is cost effective to have a virtual office. And that we could book a meeting room on demand as per our requirements.

Further I just wanted to clarify: we switched to a proper office as soon as we could justify the expense.
