Reporting centre

Post by Bee95 » Wed Apr 25, 2018 7:33 am

Hi guys,

Just a quick Q, we got a refusal for permission for JR from the Admin Court last Friday (20/04/18).

We have to go to report this Friday to Becket house (27/04/18). Our solicitor said he'll draft a statement of additional grounds because something just came to light that completely changes the case. However the solicitor is away till next week.

How safe is that we report this Friday knowing there's nothing pending in court for us since last week? Our is96 has been changed to bail201. We have never missed a reporting for a year and a half now.

Any advise would be appreciated as we only have a couple of days.

URGENT ADVICE BEFORE TOMORROW NEEDED PLEASE

Post by Bee95 » Thu Apr 26, 2018 6:53 am

Hi guys,

Please please please I really need some advice before tomorrow.

We sign on tomorrow with this new letter we received called bail 201 (prev. Is96).

HO have our valid passport, we've been in UK for around 15 years. We won our case twice but also been appealed by HO and now permission for JR is has been refused a couple of times - last refusal was last Friday (20/04/18). Our solicitor said hell draft a statement of additional grounds but he is currently away till next week.

We have to go reporting tomorrow, a week after the refusal. How risky is it to be detained? We have always gone reporting for a year now.

Please I'm really desperate.
