Hi guys
Thank for your replays. Its somehow a kind of support to each other sharing info in this website and knowing that you are not the only one waiting almost a year. I wonder if anybody got an answer at all in 12 months time or at least to know a time frame. I tried to email them but got an automated replay as everyone else stating that your application is in process. Not much of help at all. All we can do is wait
Hope to get updates soon

Guys i want to know if any of yous get any reply? I applied by myself but heard if you apply through solicitor they wont take over 12 months Is it true? And i emailed them also but didn’t get any response. A solicitor gave me an option of pre litigation letter requesting a decision within 21 days. Failing to give decision on application within 21 days would threat them High Court Judicial Review proceedings. Still thinking what to do.

Hi Ginmin,
What's the basis of the litigation letter, is it because you've been waiting longer than 12 months?
Thanks

YEAH it will be base on the statement which is stated on their website and application form, that “a decision will be taken on an application no later than 12 months”.
Over 12 months is unreasonable delay, they shouldn’t take that long.

Thanks for the reply.
I'd like to private message you but can't seem to find out how to do it.
I want to look into a solicitor too but don't know any in immigration law. Would you be willing to give me the name of the person you're using?
