Hi Folks, Next week, would some kind soul, in Dublin , be prepared to take an envelop from the births/deaths cert office in Dublin 2, then a (10 min walk), and deliver it to the FBR embassy section also in Dublin 2...?

Or perhaps some has a phone number for a cycle courier in Dublin?
