Tier 2 General Skilled Charge fee

Hi CR001 and all experts,
will be extending my visa through my employer, how ever i would like to know that is my employer need to pay for the Skilled Immigration Charge?
I got my 1st Tier 2 in on jan 2015.

No, you are exempted from ISC.
ISC applies to those who are applying for new VISA through Tier 2 (T2G and T2ICT) whose COS is assigned on or after 6 April 2017.
