Tier 2 application Long Delay

Hi,

Kindly Can you help me and advise what should I do ? why it is taking so long ???

1. Type of application: Tier 2 General Extension.
2. Date of expiry of current leave: July 2017
3. Number of dependents applied at same time:4
4. Date application posted:8th May 2017
5. Bio metric letter received: 17.05.2018
6. Date of bio metrics enrollment: 24.05.2017
7.Complex issue letter received: 17.06.2017.
8. I keep receiving below standard email whenever I have contacted,
Thank you for contacting UKVI Contact Centre.
our records show your application has not yet been completed.
We are unable to advise when a decision will be made but you will be notified in writing once made. Until such time, we are unable to assist further. Should the caseworker require further information and/or documents they will contact you.
We are sorry we cannot be of further assistance at this time.

Have you asked your sponsor to follow up with HO?

Have you perhaps changed address at all and missed any letters?

Hi,
1.Yes MY Sponsor have spoken to HO and was told that the applicant should contact HO office and I have kept calling HO every month and still receiving same standard reply.
2.I don't think so that I have missed any letter as I am at the same address where i have received the bio metrics letter and complex letter.

Have you complained?

No I have not contacted My MP yet
No I haven't made any complaint

MY MP contacted the home office and got the response "case falls out of standard service time so unfortunately they cannot give me a time scale as to when a decision will be made."
please help me what should do next??
