Financial Requirement Enquirt

Hi,

Was looking for some advice as me and my husband will be applying for the UK Spouse Visa, and i currently receive Personal Independance Payment and I am working. Would I be exempt from the financial requirement ?

Whats meant by personal independent payment, is it public funds you claiming? If you are working then why you want to be exempted from income requirement?
