Tier 1 Dependent ILR when spouse already on ILR - Document list

Dear Experts,

I am going to apply for ILR for my dependent wife who is on Tier-1 dependent visa for past 5 years. I already got my ILR, so I am applying only for my wife now.
Please can you let me know the list of documents to be submitted?

List of the documents I understand to be submitted are:
1. Application form - SET(O) - Mentioning me as main applicant and my wife as dependent (I would specify me as main application even though I am not applying for ILR in the same application as I already got ILR)
2. Photographs - 2
3. Bank statement to show the fund availability - past 3 months
4. Cohabitation proof - Council tax bills for past 5 years
5. Life in UK test certificate for my wife
6. English language test certificate for my wife

Please can you add any more document you think is required?

If my wife would be main applicant then,
1. Where in the form should I provide reference to my ILR BRP? Is it required at all?
2. Should the fund maintenance bank statement be in my wife's name? At the moment I am planning to provide my bank statements
3. Should we provide evidence for previous earnings? Section 9A - Tier 1 (General) migrants provides points for previous earnings.

Sorry, just found in the SET (O) form if I am applying ILR for PBS dependent then no need to fill the section - 9.

So my question-3 is invalid.

Not required on the form.

There is NO maintenance fund requirement for ILR.

I did not expect there is no fund maintenance requirement for Tier-1 General Dependent ILR applications.

So the only requirements is the period the applicant stay in UK [along with English language test and Life in UK test pass]?

What evidence do we need to furnish for "Period of applicant stay in UK" and did not exceed 180 days?
