My application was refuse in Dec 2017 because I didn't provide the id I appeal against the decision.

When I send the my bundle to Court the HO withdrew the appeal and issue me PR

Lexy06 I applied first time in August 2017 which is refused because I didn't provide the id . Then I apply again in jan and provide my ex id ..

But when I apply for ROR I didn't provide the id and I ROR granted without id.

Regards jay.ho
Congratulations jay.ho for success after long while :)

I got same kind of issue had applied 4th time in February 2018. The question I would like to ask you is that what date did UKVI written for you to apply for nationality ( ie : will you be able to apply for naturalisation in August 2018 or will you apply from the date UKVI issued visa to you ? )

Regards

The date they give me to apply for aug 2018

Please can you tell me if you applied with ex ID or not. Also share your experience as to your journey which has fortunately come to an end. I will prefer you do this on ROR timeline as you seem to be active in that forum.

Your feedback is highly appreciated...pls pray for the rest of us.

Applied:30/01/2018
Fees Taken: Never taken(card details sent but they never deduct it) SO FREE PR :D :)
Biometric Letter received: 19/02/2018 dated 16/02/2018
Biometric Submitted : 23/02/2018
Divorce proceeding was ongoing at time of Application but not finalised
Decree absolute issued 23/04/2018
Further payslips/p60/sa302 (only mine) sent on 09/05/2018
COA: Never Received one
Documents Received with PR confirmation: 21/05/2018
PR Obtained: 17/05/2018 (exactly 5years after my marriage date)

Even moderators never thought i am gonna get PR so they deleted my timeline from this thread and from the PR Timeline Thread.

Good Luck Everyone

Here is a little history of my EEA (FM) application based on retained rights of residence-

Application posted on : 16/04/2018
Received by UKVI/HO on : 17/04/2018
Payment taken on : 18/04/2018
Bio letter received on : 25/04/2018
Biometrics Enrolled on : 25/04/2018
COA With Work : 30/04/2018

Today (23/05/2018) I received a packet addressed to me from the Home office. It contains all MY supporting evidence (passport, payslips, bills etc) but also a letter from them ADDRESSED TO ANOTHER PERSON ! The letter is addressed to a Romanian national, it mentions about the delivery of BRP in 10 days based on retained rights of residence ! :? :? :?

What should be my next step, as there is no number to contact them ?

Hi Everybody
My timeline is:
Application for (ROR) posted 02/03/2018
Email from HO: 16/03/2018
Bio: 21/03/2018 submitted 22/03/2018
Did not get my CoA. Email sent after a month of waiting.
Got it on 18th of April.
All my docs were returned today 07/06/2018.
Note enclosed (dated 04/06/2018), card will be delivered in 10 days.

General info.
In order to be successful in this application, you should provide the following documents (that’s what I did)

1. Marriage should lasted for at least 3 years before initiation of the divorce.
You should provide acknowledgment of service to show when you had started the process of the divorce (at this point you are still pretty much married from legal point of view) and you need to send your decree absolute to show that your marriage is legally ended.

2. Non-EU spouse should live along with EU national in the host EU country (UK) in our case, for at least 1 full year.
Utility bills for both names will do. Note: you can live 2 or more years on the moon, HO does not care about this time!!!

3. Now, this is the most interesting part. EU national should be exercising their EU rights (employed, self-employed, study, job seeker or self-sufficient) AT THE TIME OF DIVORCE.
It looks like almost no one here actually understands the real meaning of “AT THE TIME OF DIVORCE”.
It means that EU sponsor should be exercising their EU rights AT THE DATE of your divorce was finalised. This date should be stated in your decree absolute.
If you got divorced, let’s say on 1 of April, then you have to show how your EU sponsor was exercising their EU rights only AROUND this date only.
There is now need to send all the employment history for the last 10 years. 2 payslips will be enough. 1 month before the divorce was finalised and 1 month after. That’s it.

4. Last point that you as non EU applicant should be working AFTER THE TIME OF DIVORCE.
Hope it helps.

Thanks

Case ROR APPlied 1-3-18

Biometrics letter - 20-3-18

COA - 22-4-18

ROR ISSUE - Awaiting

APPLIED FOR ROR BUT RECIEVED PR as EEA PERSON ACQUIRED PR WHILE MY ROR WAS UNDER REVIEW AND HENCE WHY HOME OFFICE KINDLY ISSUED ME WITH PR. THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK LESS THAN 90 DAYS.
