As far as I know the cutoff is already decided during the meeting. It's only over the course of next five days that people receive their RCoS.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

I think that is how its done. Since HO already knows the number of applications in each bucket ( Perhaps Cutoff for application submission is 5th of month ) and they know how many they can allocate in each month

They just take 5 days to validate the documents for people who fall under the quota and also NHS applications which are assigned 1/3 of the total seats available

Congratulations.

It is not about feeling offended but please respect the fact that a lot of people have been waiting for RCOS for months now with points much lower than 60. If you had to wait for 6 months with 60 points, then it is very strange for everyone. Also, when you say that you are sceptical about getting approved RCOS with 60 points in your kitty, it will definitely piss off anyone.

I do not know what happened for 6 months with you but i dont know if you were in as bad of a situation which I (maybe others too) went through post Feb 2018. My RCOS was applied by a new employer for Jan'18 and Feb'18 and I didn't get it. They withdrew my job offer and stated that I am not eligible to work in the UK. I am on Tier 2 dependent and completely eligible to work in the UK. I went from having a good paying secured job to being jobless for 2 months. Every interview I gave after that, I had to give an excuse on why I am jobless for 2 months. Now got a job starting April'18. I still follow this thread as my employer will be soon applying.

So it is a humble request that please read the thread (also the past cut off points) and then make such statements. I wish everyone just sticks with sharing their points and letting others know if they received RCOS approval for the month.

wish you all the best.

This is my sixth month applying (employer has redone RLMT) at 31 pts.

I've followed these feeds for the past six months and gone through a lot of the same stresses you all feel. I've lived in the UK for two years before running into these issues so I really feel like I've been pulled from my home, I have SUCH an attachment to this country.

Honestly this is the first month that the tone has really changed in this forum. People are really getting stressed out from this process and it is really unfortunate that this situation has brought out such anxiety in people, I wish the government could understand this.

Just know that you are not alone (especially those who have had to retry for months now) and I absolutely feel your pain and am harnessing all my hope and good vibes for this to turn around for all of us.

Waiting with 36 points, applied for 1st time in May.
My current Tier2 ICT dependent visa expires on 1st July. So just have 2 chances of RCOS before that.
Anyone heard of any approvals/refusals for sal below £50k-55k ?
May looks grim so far! Fingers cross.

This is my first time as well... my employer told me to wait for the whole week....is it true that they take time or they email only to those who qualify...?

Hi Everyone,

This is my first and hopefully final attempt at a CoS. I have been followinf this board for some time now and just have a quick question. Are the applications in order by the points? For example, would higher numbers get their approval sooner than those with lower? Are they staggered with their approval?

Just asking so I know whether to bother my prospective employer and ask about the status.

This waiting is killing me!
