URGENT TRAVEL during waiting for BRP replacement card

Dear all, I need your help.

Me:
Japanese passport with Tier-4 (intra-transfer) Visa

Status:
My BRP card has stolen and I am in the process of replacing my BRP card.
I have given my fingerprints and photo at Post office, and all I need to do
is waiting for receiving the card.

Question:
I need to travel to Japan for business this weekend for 1 week, and I
cannot wait for the card delivery.
I know it is not strongly recommended to travel during the period I am
waiting for the card delivery but I need to go.

What should I prepare for the immigration coming back to the UK?

I am so worried and confused so I need your support.
