British passport to Indian Passport

Hi My baby boy got British passport based on my ILR.
I hold ILR and my wife is on ILR dependent visa, and we both hold indian passport.
I also applied OCI for my baby boy.


Now my question is if in the future if baby want to take indian citizenship does baby has option to take indian citizenship?


Not clear if india has such provision based on parents and grand parents?

Yes. In future, if he wants, he can take Indian Citienship. If he holds OCI card for 5 years and live in India even for 1 year, he is eligible for indian citizenship.
