Co-habitation docuements for 2.5 years SET(M)

Post by dadageer » Sun May 27, 2018 4:29 pm

Sorry I know this may have been asked before but I would really like someone to clarify if this should be enough to satisfy co-hab requirement for SET(M) ILR application of my wife. We have to show co-hab for last 2.5 years.

1) Council Tax Bills JOINT names x3 (June 2016, Mar 2017, Mar 2018) issued yearly
2) Water Bills JOINT names x5 (03/16, 09/16, 03/17, 09/17, 03/18)
3) HSBC Bank Statements JOINT (01/16-04/16, 04/16-07/16, 07/16-10/16, 10/16-01/17) then a gap as we didnt use this account until 04/18)
4)GP Letter confirming we are registered with them at our current address since x.x.x

Will this be enough? For *3 we may include a letter from HSBC confirming that we have join account with them since xxx and with xxx balance amount.

We do have several other documents but they are addressed to us individually but do we really need to include them? I have read somewhere that the more documents ypu add the more caseworker will need time to asses. We are going for a PSC appointment though.

Addressed to me (these can be included):

1) last 3 years P60 (this will be included with application anyways to prove maintenance)
2) Barclays Bank statements
3) Barclay Card CC Statements
4) Electric bill
5) Gas Bill
6) TV licensing
7) Mortgage letters (this will be included with application anyways to prove accomodation)
8 ) Several Postal Vote cards
9) Sky
10) Telephone Bills

Wife:

1) Lloyds Bank Statements
2) XYZ Credit card Stements
3) DVLA Theory pass letter
4) Letter from Department of Work and Pension - NiNo
5) Several Postal Vote cards
6) Several online shopping receipts for herself and baby
7) Several GP letters
8 ) Telephone Bills

Please advise if we really need to include anything from 2nd list of documents.

Thanks
