Overstayer with a daughter

Hi everyone I would like some advice for my family my partner overstayed her visitor visa.she travelled with my daughter who didn't need a visa as she has a uk and irish passport my daughter has settled in school here and we have settled into family life but we constantly feel trapped my partner has had many family members have died but she can get leave the uk as she won't get back due to overstaying
