Hi Hopeful,
When did they email you? Was it in response to an email you sent?

Could you think of anything that might have gone wrong for them to ask for further information, and this addresses the cause of the delay of your TD finally when everyone else who applied after you have got theirs

Hi binip.
The applications are taking approx 16-17 weeks. They just lost the photographs not the application. I just needed to re sent the photographs. I’m so annoyed

I feel your frustration mate. Calm down and for a few days try not to think about it. It will come through and I’m sure your application won’t be rejected based on a error that they made. The more you think about it, the more difficult it will become for you. give it another week. They won’t keep your application hanging if they have moved from your batch onto the next one. I wish you all the luck

Hi sanii
Thank you so much for your positive reply.
I just waited so long for this document and I’m worried it will go wrong. They said if I send back the documents and they are not right I will have to apply again from the beggining that is what is scaring me. Your right I will try and let it go for a week now and not worry. Thanks mate

Hi hopeful,

My friend was also contacted by home office about an issue with her application, she sent the info they required and wwithin a week, they replied with her documents intact. Her application had been approved. So if you sent new photos, don’t panic, they will work on your document ASAP they won’t put you at the back of the queue

Hi Chanel.
Thank you. I just now have no faith in the home office. I have sent the new photos but have a feeling they will say they are not signed correctly and refuse my document. Let’s wait and see

Hi guys! I'm here again!

I applied for CTD in April 2013 and received it in November 2013. After open my own business and traveling a lot for grow it up. I had fully stamped my CTD in November 2016 and applied for replacement in December 2016. I have received it only in July 2017 but with "valid from April 2017". So, They sent me CTD 3 months later issued date. As my leave to remain status expired in November, I applied for ILR and received it in early April this year and applied straight away for CTD.

I hope that I will receive it before school holidays finished.

My solicitor told me that some his client applied with family for CTD in March and received it in early May.

Hi Chanel.
You applied in February ? I think yours will be here before Friday next week. I applied on 29th jan and mine would of been here if I didn’t have to sent additional photos so yours should deffinetly be soon.
