Council tax statement for FLR (M)

I am renewing my spouse visa. In the section of Proof of address,

Can I use Life insurance policy letter with mine and his name on it?

Life insurance is just one of them,

I got all the utility bills, council tax bill, DVLA, bank letters and etc.
In total I got 21 items. I just try to cut some of them down something that they might not need so it will not confuse them.

The thing is I didn't want to exclude the Life insurance as the date on it is good, in between the gap of the other 2 documents. (As I know it has to be spread evenly over the 2 years)

A word of advice - don't try to think for HO. If they want to disregard something, fine, they will do that. It is better than not sending the documents because you 'cut some of them down' and you get refused for not submitting.

That I have to provide the council tax costs for the accommodation.

Can I submit the internet statement of the council account?

I don't see any issue but better get a original from council, just call them and request a paper statemnt.
