Hi

I am in the limited leave to remain visa and I am dependent on my husband. My husband and kids are British citizens. In my biometric card saying there is no public fund for my visa category.

My question is. Is it possible to get child tax credit and child benefit in both parents jointly?..... any one can answer please

Child benefits MUST be claimed in your husbands name.

Child tax credits (if you qualify) MUST be claimed in JOINT names (you and your husband).
