Time to get a different legal representative - your current one seems not to be helping you much. Theres plenty around.

Hey guys

I've been silently following this board for a long time. Today I received an email from the Home Office confirming that they've granted me Leave to Remain for 2.5. This was in response to an email I sent to their complaints mailbox over the delay. I applied in June 2017 as Parent of British Child. I had been an overstayer since March 2005!

I'm so Happy. God is great!!!

For those of you still waiting, hang in there, you're next in line.
pls what is this complain mailbox address i submitted since march 2017 and no word till now

Hi guys, I finally got my visa after 10 months wait... timeline below

Applied Flr fp in July 2017
Biometrics enrolled in August
Sent baby’s bc in September
Passport requested by home office in Oct
Decision made in May 2018

For those waiting just continue praying, nothing is impossible for God, I was advised by one of the moderators that my visa will be highly unlikely because I live with my partner and we don’t have 2 years proof of cohabitation, but God is wonderful! He makes way where there seems to be no way..... I’m finally relieved!!!

That's a very long time. Did you not enquire regarding its progress.

I think if they see any kind of merit in the case they make them wait otherwise they send refusal within 5 to 6 months but we just saw recently few people's in this forum waited more than 15 months then got refusal but still they got in country right of appeal which is quite big thing nowadays so we are still lucky in some sense that we have a chance to regularise ourselves in this country and enjoy our family life that's what we choose to do in our life.i know the "wait" is very hard but we will go through with this sooner or later.

Well . I think waiting time means nothing . do you know what " merit in the case " for flr fp applications mean ? On my point of view anyone applying on human right basses has a merit . Can you explain what do you mean with " merit in case " please ?

Me too i think the weight different even applying all under human right ground. My daughter took six week to decide and it was decided by one person but me and partner almost five mth and it was decided more than one person means our case was looked more than one person like it was not straight forward, our daughter its was straight forward.
