Need an advice! Proof for source of income

Hello everyone,


I am a self funded student and along with my bank statement I submitted some contracts papers which shows I am a londlord and my money comes from the rents I have collected through several years.

During the second interview ECO asked me can you provide the ownership of the land? And said no because it’s on my father name. I just thought that it wouldn’t be so necessary. Now it’s been nine weeks and my application is still waiting a decision. Is there anyone who has experience about this situation Now I think the main cause of the delay is this and I don’t know how to solve it.

Please I will appreciate your advice.
