ILR ( Spouse visa) Set(m)

Post by pappoo » Sat Jun 09, 2018 11:45 am

HI Guys

I am submitting ILR( Spouse 5 yr route) next week in Croydon. I booked an appointment online for 14th June 2018. My details are as follows :-

Entry clearance and arrived in UK 6th June 2013
FLR(M) extension 1st Feb 2016
Spouse visa until 20th Aug 2018
5yr residency completed on 6th June 2018
date at ILR application 14th June 2018 ( Croydon Premium Service)

I should be grateful if members of this forum could help in my following queries:-
1) Is Set(M) the right form
2) I am applying after my 5 yrs are complete but I have visa until 20th Aug 2018.( confuse as website say that it needs to with 28 days ....i am correct in assuming that its within 28 days of qualifying period)
3) Do I need to submit 5yrs documents to show cohabitation or 2.5 years.
4) My husband ( sponsor) has a child from previous relation, who does not live with us and is British passport holder but I do not have any of her documents. Do I need to complete section 3 and should I add a statement from my husband.

Yes SET (M) correct for ILR
2.5 years proof required,
Yes can apply within 28 days of completing 5 years on Spouse LTR , in your case within 28 days of reaching 5 years date 06 June 2018 which is any date after 10 May 2018 , you should have already ILR by now ... anyway you already have booked PSC appointment , you will be fine because you got still valid LTR.
