My parents applied in New Delhi on 22 May 2018. And they did not receive any email (opted for email only) since then - no email that its been sent to British High Commission or under processing
Finally I made a call this Monday 04/06/2018 to that paid number and they said it's under processing.
Even though we have not completed 15 working days but because we did not get any email at all is what worrying me

Received email today saying Decision has been made. (Phew!)
Fingers crossed, waiting for the next communication stating collection date!
