Job Creation Query for ILR

Hi All,

I’m on T 1 Entrepreneur 50k route pre April 2014 route. My extension was granted in April 2017 and my ILR is due in Dec 2019.

I have one full time employee from April 2017 to till date and
I have got 13 months of 2 part time employees from 1st April 2017 to 30 th April 2018.

This two Part time employees are from April 2017 to till date but One part time employee is on unpaid leave for 1 month which is from 1st May to 31 st May. He is back from unpaid leave on 1st June and still on payroll.

My Query here is as part of extension requirement I need to show 2 full time jobs for 12months - Do the Jobs need to be continuous or unpaid leave of 1 part time employee will be a problem ?

You simply need 104 weeks of full time work. The two periods between the unpaid period must be entered on separate rows
