Question about how claiming CTC and WTC can affect me

I'm about to put in an application to the HO as the durable partner of EEA national. My EEA partner has been working full time for almost 3 years and we have lived together over 2 years of that time. We recently had a baby early on this year and my partner is on statutory maternity pay which isn't really much to live on. I cant work because I have no status (I'm illegal). My EEA partner is considering applying for Child benefit, Child tax credit and working tax credit. My question is, if my partner applies for these benefits, will it count against my application as the durable partner of an EU national?
