Change of employer while in uk on first time ict tier 2 long term visa

Dear All,
Seek some expert advise on visa for the below scenario

I work with MNC based in india and currently deputed in london,UK on an ICT Tier 2 long term visa that was grabted on oct 17 for a period of one year i.e upto oct 18.

I have an offer from other employer but i am unsure of how the visa status would work out.
I intent to join the new employer post my tenure here ends here in UK with my current employer i.e on 25 th oct 2018

Please highlight the possibilities and wayout of making this happen.

You are subject to a 12 month cooling off period before you can apply for tier 2 general.

What salary is new employer offering you?
