Binary Option Trading on Tier 2

Hello

I am working in the UK as a doctor in the NHS on Tier 2 visa. On such a visa is trading and betting/gambling permitted? Specifically Forex trading and Binary Option? Or will it be seen as self employment or a second job unrelated to the sector I'm working in both of which are against TIER 2 visa policy?
I just want to stay as clean as possible as to not get my ILR denied in 4 years due to some early carelessness.
