Dear All,
I invited my dependent brother who is Non EEA national. He has got EEA family permit and came to the uk couple of months ago. Now he is not dependent but member of house hold. After how much time he need to wait before he apply to EEA 2 residence card? Would it be a problem for his application because EEA family permit was issued because he was dependent on me.
