Urgent :work permit not received

Hi Gurus,

My critical skills workpermit has been issued on 09th of June 2018. They have sent it to my northern ireland address. I have not yet received it. Do you know how long it will take to receive an ordinary post from dublin to belfast? I am worried as it is not yet reached me. Please help.
