uk naric for tier 2 extension

Hi Guys,
MY wife is going to be extending her tier 2 visa. She has recently gotten the COS for a further 2 years. My question is, do we need evidence of english language again? like an ielts exam result of uk naric paperwork?

My understanding is that, for extension, for English language points, you can use the option -
Previous grants of leave
164. You will be awarded 10 points for English language where you have met the English
language requirement in a previous grant of leave. This will be the case if you have ever
been granted leave:
