24months to pass before next application

Hello my husband moved here last year in march and I am looking for advice if anyone knows the answer. The first 2 weeks my husband was obviously full of excitement and had a bit to much to drink and pushed me back and threatened me.
He was arrested and then released as it went down has a caution. I've know him for years and has never done anything like this before and hasn't done anything since. I just wanted to know if this will affect our flr application.

If u have a caution will my flr visa get refused?

If you have a caution do you need to wait 24 months to apply for flr or is it automatic refusal
